Notes from in-person meetings, with no device to buy

Put your Mac on the table and start recording. Prokoll tells the voices apart and writes the notes, and nothing is uploaded.

A bot cannot sit at the table

Note takers that join a call need a call to join, and a meeting room has none. Prokoll records through your Mac's microphone, so it works around the table just as it does on a call.

Who said what, around the table

Add the people taking part before you start. Their names help Prokoll spell them right and tell the voices apart, and you can name any voice afterwards.

Three steps around the table

  1. 1

    Tell the room

Say that you are recording the meeting and, where the law requires it, ask for everyone's consent.

  2. 2

Put your Mac in the middle

Open Prokoll, add the people taking part and start recording with the microphone.

  3. 3

    Stop when you are done

The summary, the decisions and the action points are ready to copy into an email or save as a PDF.

No recorder, no subscription

There is nothing to buy but the app: no device to carry, no account and no monthly fee. You pay once, and every update is included.

Check before you share

Transcripts and notes are written by software and can be wrong or incomplete: a word, a name, a number, who said what. Read them before you rely on them or send them on.
