Notes from Zoom, Teams and Meet calls, without a bot

Prokoll records both sides of an online call on your Mac: your microphone, and the sound your Mac plays. No assistant joins the call, and nothing is uploaded anywhere.

    Start the call as usual

    In Zoom, Teams, Meet or any other app, in a browser or as a desktop app.

    Record with Mac sound on

    In Prokoll, start a new meeting with both the microphone and Mac sound on. The first time, macOS asks for your permission.

    Stop when the call ends

    Prokoll works out who said what and writes the notes on your Mac.

Why there is no bot

A note taker that joins the call is another participant everyone has to accept, and it sends the meeting to its own servers. Prokoll is just an app on your Mac, so the call stays between the people in it.

Ask first

Tell the others that you are recording the call and, where the law requires it, ask for their consent. The recording and the notes are yours to look after.
