Why I wanted to build Prokoll

Prokoll began as a tool for one person: me. I wanted notes from my meetings without sending them to anyone's cloud.

About me

I am a co-founder of Loheden AI Solutions and a digital marketing consultant in Sweden. I help businesses with their marketing strategy, digital media campaigns and content, and follow up on what each campaign achieves.

I have several years of experience in marketing, sales and business development, and a background as a design engineer. So I work across design, content and numbers, because good marketing needs all three.

Marketing strategy

A plan built on an analysis of your market, and advice along the way.

Digital media campaigns

Paid ads and organic content on the channels your customers use.

Content

Posts, newsletters, website text and landing pages, planned and produced.

Follow-up and reports

Reports on how each campaign performs, and what to do next.

Meetings all day

My days are full of online meetings with clients and partners. Each one ends with notes to write, decisions to remember and action points to send.

Not in anyone's cloud

I did not want my clients' plans, figures and ideas sent to a cloud service to be transcribed, however trusted the provider.

So we built it

I wanted to solve my own problem, so at Loheden AI Solutions we built Prokoll for my meetings first. It records on the Mac, writes down who said what, and drafts the summary, the decisions and the action points. No part of the meeting leaves the Mac.

Now you can have it too

Once I saw what it did for my own meetings, I wanted to share it with others, so here it is. Prokoll works in nine languages, and once it is set up it needs no internet: in the office, on a plane, even on the Moon.
