No part of the meeting leaves your Mac
The sound, the transcript and the notes stay on your Mac, encrypted. Prokoll only contacts us to download what it needs, check for updates, activate your licence and, after a crash, send a report if you choose to. It never sends a meeting.
A summary to send the client
When the meeting ends, the summary and the action points are ready. Read them, correct what needs correcting, and copy them into your email.
No account, and nobody else in the call
There is no account to create, no cloud service receives what your clients say, and no assistant joins the call.
Ask first
Tell everyone in the meeting that you are recording it and, where the law requires it, ask for their consent.
